Tackling immigration, identity and displacement, COAT is a humorous and moving response not only to the mistakes made by elders that leave the next generation uncertain of what is expected of them; but also surviving the environment they are left to grow up in.
In 2014 he won a place on Nimble Fish’s RE: Play programme to begin developing his one-man show COAT. Between 2015/16 scratches of COAT was performed to sold out audiences. 2017 sees the full show of COAT at The Roundhouse, which amazingly sold out in 24hrs.
